Loft Style House with Tropical Landscaping

Hey Everyone, This is my first uploaded house and I plan to upload much more.

It is furnished with mostly Maxis objects but there is some custom content like the bathroom set from Blake Boy and objects from Holy Simoly.
I have tested it for about 40 sim days.

Now that all the nessasary stuff is over and done with lets get to the house!

The house is raised above the ground (because of floods and stampedes) it has a driveway and a small pool on the ground surrounded by Ferns and Palms. (the tropical Landscaping)

Up the steps and we come to a small landing. Through the front door and we are in the lounge, The huge two story windows to your right have beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounding palm rainforest.


To your left is the study with lots of books for your knowledge sims and a cozy place infront of the fireplace to read them.

The kitchen is large and spacious to accomodate the whole family or dinner party Guests.


Then finally the bathroom decorated in blue, white and silver with darkwood accents it is peaceful and relaxing.


Now up the spiral stairs to a small loft landing, Again it has beautiful views there is also some expensive artworks.

In the master Bedroom we have a large 4 poster bed complete with hangings and a beautiful fireplace for those cold winter nights.

The second bedroom is decorated especially for a teen girl with lots of stuffed toys and her lifelines a computer and internet, a large wardrobe and a huge mirror.


And finally the last room another bathroom decorated quite similar to the first with all the usual bathroom inhabitants a shower, toilet, bath and sink. Plus a few decorative touches.
