This is a lot I made for a couple of my sims just starting out. It's small and there's no backyard, but it's playable and functional. It has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/living room and a roof deck on 3 levels.

Only a couple custom content pieces to this. I used one of MaryLou's mini residential lots and Marvine's spiral stairs. Otherwise it's fully furnished in Maxis items. I found that hard to do!

I'm offering it furnished and unfurnished.
