This is the first in a new range of "loft living" homes for your single cash strapped sims.

The lot is a small lot, just 2x2, with just enough space for your sim to survive until they either hook up with someone with cash, or go out and get a job. Why wont my lazy sims get a job??!!

Anyway, the lot comes furnished with all those value essentials and comes in at a very reasonable £18,530.

I've scrubbed the lot with Clean Pack Installer and contains no custom content or hacks!
