Hey guys,

This is my first upload to the site so I hope you all like it.

The following house you are looking at is “The Beverly Palms Mansion”.



It is my first of many of my creations to be uploaded to the internet.

The house I guess is big enough for 5 Sims. “Beverly Palms Mansion” has space for the following rooms.

- Kitchen (Already Pre-Made)
- Bathroom
- Study (Already Pre-Made)
- Theatre/Entertainment room
- Bedrooms
- Great patio space for entertaining
- Skill area
- Gym
- And just nice areas out looking the pool





Now I sort of messed around and I was going to furnish it and then I wasn’t so I just left most of the rooms ready for you to add whatever you want

I really hope that you guys like it and if I’m not being to much of a hassle, it would be great to get your feedback.
