Who doesn't remember Beverly Hills 90210...
This is the beach house they lived and I hope you like it.
I do...
The only thing I couldn't buld are the round stairs outside the door so I put
classic stairs, if someone knows how to do it please tell me too.

It has three floors. The second and the trird connect with ladder stairs where you can find herehttp://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...t=ladder+stairs by Targa.
In the first floor in the bedroom I used a dresser from the Grand Tranon Collection for saving space...It's a great collection so download everyting from here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...t=ladder+stairs

I've made some changes: I placed a garage if anyone wants to own a car, if you have nightlife, and a swimming pool in the back yard because although it's called beach house our sims won't see the beach.Ha...
