This is a first house made with Seasons that I`m uploading.

Features:

- lot size: 2x2
- price: $ 46`687
- two-story, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom
- requires: Uni, NL, Pets and Seasons (I have also Christmak pack installed, but I think you don`t need it as I didn`t use ant content from it)
- first floor: big kitchen/dining/living room, half bath, master bedroom & bathroom
- second floor: mezzanine bedroom for kids, bathroom.
- the yard is landscaped with maxis only plants, also there is a place to park two cars







Everything that is on the pictures comes with the house, except of: bedding, painting recolor with the lady and the recolor of couches (basically - custom recolors somehow were not packaged by the game and these items were replaced by maxis originals)
