When I placed the empty 2x2 lot in bluewater and entered, I found out that the complete lot had a heavy slope down. The question was, flatten the ground or try to build it into the slope. Here is what came out.

The house comes with the trees but to give you a better look, I´ve done a picture before I placed the trees:

It has a entrance upstairs, a bathroom, kitchen, living- and dinning room downstairs with 2 balcony (1 covered - the other open) and the basement with another bathroom and bedroom.
