I've always wanted to do a large-scale, fancy, modern restaurant for Downtown, and here it is:

As you can see, I've used a lot of plants indoors and outdoors in order to create a modern 'feel' for the building. It is intended to comply with LEED standards, with points for building reclamation, the green roof, and energy-efficient windows.


Basement: Kitchen, Washrooms, Staff Lounge


First Floor: Entrance Lounge, Bar/Party Patio


Second Floor: Main Dining Hall with waiter station


Third Floor: Green Roof with hot tub and Billiards table

This lot can be used a general-purpose community lot, or can be run by a sim as a business. If you find that the elevator gets too crowded (or is slowing sims down), there's enough space right beside it for a second shaft.
