This took me long to make but it is an almost exact replica from a chinese restaurant in my city.

It is created on a huge 5x6 lot, and is a good place to impress your date.
You can also buy it as a real estate but it will cost 157,215 §.

No custom content so it is a small file for a huge project, i hope your sims will enjoy it as much as i did creating it.

The only thing you might want to add in this restaurant are some speakers or stereo, i did not place these (my taste of music is probably different from yours).
