Hey there

So here's my latest creation. I wanted to make a cool house for a sim who's short on cash... And there you go.

This lot is ideal for one, maybe two, even three sims. The first floor has every basic need covered, and the second has enough space to make two bedrooms (by the way, if you want to add a lamp or two there, that would be very nice:$). AND you have an accesible terrace!

If you feel romantic, please step into the lovely balcony and stare into the horizon, maybe waiting for that brave knight who'll rescue you from this annoying corny paragraph.

OK enough blabling. It's 3.00 AM over here!
