I made this house based on a real one (mine). It can hold up to 2-3 sims.
It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It's completely furnished, I even added the computer on which I'm typing tight now...
There's some space to expand, maybe for an extra room.

No re-uploading! The Sims 3 will be cancelled if you do it!
