Ever wish that your Sims could wake up in the morning to a cool sea breeze and the sound of the ocean, and then look out their window to see a bright, sparkling blue sea right out their window? Well, now they can (with the exception of the cool sea breeze and sound of the ocean)!

Give your Sims the life by the sea they always dreamed of by moving them in to this dream beach house. It features 2 stories of removated rooms, unfurinished, which gives you the freedom of putting in your own furniture. The decor of the house is a half-guide to the layout of the house, so you should be able to figure it out.

This home is great for parties, with an all-round deck and a main dock out the back. From here, you can lounge by the water and watch the sunset, or jump straight in for a refreshing swim! However you choose to live it is up to you, but this gorgeous waterside villa gives living a fresh new breath of life.

This home in Pleasantville (prepostuous? I think not!) costs $50,725 simoleons to move into. You should probably save a little bit to furnish it too!
