Nestled in the shadow of lovely intimate hills you'll find 100 Marian Avenue. This beautiful home includes a basement garage and plenty of spare room down there for a playroom or game room. Full bath included in the basement!

On the main floor is a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area with a tranquil view of the hills behind the home. A spare room on the main floor can be turned into a den, study, library, or anything you need it for.

Three large bedrooms upstairs mean that everybody has as much space as they want! The master bathroom includes access to a private Jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms have access to a shared full bath.

The backyard of this home will thrill any nature lover. A small waterfall cascades into a lake, which in turn drains into a pond filled with myriad varieties of fish. Your Sims will spend hours in the great outdoors when they call 100 Marian Avenue their home!
