This home is the second in a series of middle and upper class single family and town homes that I created. This home is more on the "middle class" end.

For 29,921 one level home, this beauty includes a lot. On the side of the home there is a driveway. There are two good sized bedrooms and one bath. This would be a great home for 1-4 Sims. It is perfect for a newly wed couple, looking for that extra space for future little ones, or maybe a group of room mates.
