I was thinking,isn't it a shame Ea only Placed 4 downtown housing lot templates?
Well with i've made a batch of downtown lots which will make your downtown
neighbourhoods look alittle better.
it requires the Nightlife,Uni,Pets and Season Expansion Packs and of course the orignal Sims 2/dvd edition.
I've only Made 4 Drive in Residents and 4 Garage housing lots.
i'll place links when they are uploaded,
Should any glich occur please inform me and i will do my best to solve it.

The lot in its-self is much like an nomal EA lot which has the most basic Objects in the house to keep the price range down, but not all these lots will be affordable straight away. so enjoy this lot |
