This is my very first upload, so if you have any comments or feedback I would love to hear from you!
This lot costs 64,455 it is full furnished and decorated and is worth every penny!
It has the best quality kitchen, bathroom, living area, dining area, tv area, bedroom with dresser.
I can imagine this lot being great for those sims who are just in retire and want to kick back, or a high class working couple who enjoy luxury or even turn it into a party boat!
