'Summer Bay Leisure Marina' A leisure complex with a difference! (Its on water!!!)

This is the first download of my "Summer Bay" Neighbourhood.

Summer Bay is situated on the coat and is surrounded by beautiful scenery of the ocean and beeches, all homes and retail establishments are all built with a difference!! All homes are Boats moored in the warm waters and the retail and leisure facilities are all built on the water, making this a truly unique and quirky place to live!

But this is no ordinary complex! Its on water!!

This is very enjoyable to play on OFB, as sims spend hours having fun and for each hour their on the lot its all money in the pocket!

This community lot consists of all things leisurely, that sims love to do in their spare time!
Because everything is built on the water there are deckboard walkways around the whole complex which enable you to discover all the exciting new places whilst enjoying the the ocean beneath you.

At the Marina you will find 4 buildings, below is a brief description of each..........

First is the haven for any sims who love having fun, there are pinball wizards, a dartboard, bar, dance floor and chess table, sims will be amused for hours!!

Second is the toilet block (doesn't sound very glam, I know!) but there is also a block of showers for those sims who want to cool down after soaking up the sun or for the clean freak sims who want a clean down after swimming in the large communal pool (situated in the very centre of the complex)
On the roof of this building it turns into something more luxurious, there are 3 jacuzzis from which there is a panoramic view of the complex and ocean.

Third is the Cafe with alfresco dining outside, whether you want to eat here or takeaway this is definately the place to 'be seen'.
Inside is the open plan kitchen allowing the customers to see the true creativity which takes place when the chef is at work, there is also a seating area for those sims waiting on their takeaways. Outside is the Alfresco dining, what better way to enjoy a meal than sitting out in the warm air and when the night arrives the outside lights come up making this a magical place to spend the evening.

and last but not least the pub! even with its modern decor it still feels cosy and comfy enough to spend the entire evening drinking away, (whether at the end of the evening you will be able to walk away will be another matter

In the centre of the complex is a large communal swimming pool this is fully accesible from 3 side of the marina, wooden steps guide you down to the decking where you can dive right in!

Well there is definately plenty here to keep your sims busy!
