My newest house. My favorite by far, I almost didn't upload it but I figured it needed to be seen.

Stonehill road has several beautiful features. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 master on the main floor and two "attic" bedrooms with a beautiful view and a balcony. The basement features a pool, a family area and a bathroom. Off of the basement is a small cove for your sims to sit and relax and enjoy the shade after a nice swim. In the backyard you have a porch/patio with a small pond for your sims to fish in.

I did not decorate it because I figured most of the stuff would get removed anyway because custom items would look great in this house.
