This is a 60x37 lot. It goes where the park is on the beach in sunset valley, right up front, right on the beach. To use this lot, you have to change the zoning to residential, bulldoze the lot, and place this house on it.

I've tested this lot with 3 families to make sure that rezoning it won't mess up the game and so far it hasn't.
