I've been trying my hardest to make a nice starter home, that wasn't plain and boring, but I usually got carried away and got a house that was over 20k by a thousand simoleans or so. But I finally did it!!! And The lot price is only $13,400!!
It's a nice little home with 2 floors, Kitchen, Dining Area, Livingroom, 2 bathrooms, and a basment.There is 1 bedroom.....but you could use the basement for another bedroom if you wanted to. I didn't add very much to the lot because I was trying to keep the price down, but there is plenty of room to put what you want, there is even room for a driveway and possibly a garage, all you have to do is tear apart one of the flower beds.
I worked very hard on this, and took great care in making it the best that I could, so I really hope you enjoy it!! So all comments are welcome!!
