This southern-style home on a small lot is ready for your Sims to move into and fill up with their own taste in furnishings. The house is painted and floored throughout, but unfurnished.

The first level is built on an open plan, with loads of room for living, dining, kitchen, small office or other use. It would also be easy to add a bath to this floor, if you want. There is a generous back deck for grilling or parties.

Upstairs, there is a full bath and a roomy bedroom, as well as a large balcony.
If you need more bedrooms, simply wall in the balcony for two more rooms, or wall in part of the balcony for one more room.
The lot is not wide enough for a driveway, but there is plenty of extra room at the back of the lot for gardens, pools, or whatever else you desire.
