I'm back!!!

I fell in love with this dress the first time I saw it. Been wanting to do it but never had the mood or energy since I was on a break. After 9 months, I finally did it, many thanks to ice_princess for sharing the picture.

I have patched the dress into all EPs friendly but since I haven't patched anything for a year, there might be a very very tiny slight little chance that I did it wrongly. So if you have EPs earlier than Pets, if it's not working for you, please do inform.
