Bonsai Mura - A midsized Japanese style home (CC Free!)
The lot is fully landscaped and there is much room for expansion.
Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: 31,623
Additional Credits:
I would like to thank Mijutaro for his fabulous kimono's which inspired much of my Japanese neighborhood.
Thank you to EA for making so many Japanese style objects so that CC is no longer required to build a working lot.
Terms of Use:
Have fun. Post stories here of interesting things that go on in your house if you so wish. I'd love to know. If you use this lot for a movie or anything else interesting, credit is not necessary but appreciated. Link here so that people can see where you got the lot from. If you like this lot, let me know. If not, let me know why.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
- For a full, complete guide to downloading complete with pictures and more information, see: Game Help: Downloading for Fracking Idiots.

About Me
Just don't upload creations as your own, or on other sites, especially the exchange. If you must use something I created on a free site, credit me and link back to here. If you use something I created in a movie or story, credit is appreciated but not necessary. However, I would especially love a link to post here so that I can see the different ways people use things.
Constructive criticism is always accepted, but please keep in mind that I, like everyone else, have feelings, so try not to be unnecessarily cruel or rude.
