I usually like to build historical buildings, but for a change, awhile back I decided to build a deceivingly simple modern home. The "first floor" is the garage and rec room. The "second floor" is where most of everything actually is, including the kitchen wing above the stilted area, with outdoor eating area and front porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entryway, a windowed pet or plant room, ample white gallery walls and a small lounging bar area. The "third floor" includes a living room with all of the skill builders and a plasma tv. The kitchen and living room include a completely windowed wall which overlooks a small pine forest and river. From the outside, the windows appear to be mirrored so that no one can see in, but all can see out. It also creates a lovely effect with the backyard forest.

This may or may not require Seasons. I encourage you to test it out and reply here if you find that it does not require seasons. I have done my best to keep all seasonal objects out, as well as the seasons info, but I may not have succeeded.

I have included a furnished lot, as well as an unfurnished lot for those who like to do it themselves. The unfurnished lot should be work without Pets, but once again, please test it out if you are willing and let others know if it works without any expansion packs.
