After more than a year of playing The Sims 2 and seeing the creations that others have shared, I've ventured into creating on my own. However...it's nothing complicated. I have no meshing or modding talent, and could not even begin to attempt either. So, my creation talents are limited to lots and Sims. I have shared some of my custom Sims in limited forums before, but this is my first mts2 creation - so be gentle.

I built this home as a dormitory for a favorite Sim couple of mine, and liked it so much, I transferred it to my Lots and Houses bin for future use. It's small, only 3 rooms and a bathroom on a 3x2 lot, and the house is furnished with a mix of budget and better-quality furniture. Skill-building items are included (except for a workout machine, but your Sims can purchase one of their own or work out with the TV), and there is plenty of room at the left side of the house to add a home business, a driveway and garage, or just plain add on to the house. The lot has been run through Clean Installer, and has been playtested for approximately 2 Sim hours.
