I think I'm done with expensive homes (For now) and decided to focus on starter homes.
The Ample, is spacious (Hence the name), has a basement (not painted, except for bathroom), and a second floor for ur expansion needs!



I had to seriously cut down most of the house to actually make it below 20k, but it worked. the Lot includes a kitchen, a chair and a table. Your sim will have enough money leftover for a bed, but everything else i guess u need to work for it, so the house isn't intended for sims who aren't in the workforce or are just extremely lazy.



Specs:
2x3 lot (or is it 3x2?, is it LxW or WxL?)
2 Floors + 1 basement (2nd and Basement are empty)
Living room
Kitchen
1 BR, but u can add a lot more when u gain the Simoleans
1 BA, no sink unfortunately
Room for a driveway on the left for those who have NL
No lights though, who needs light when u have vampire sims?

Does not contain NL content however, I have not tested this with the base game, so, to be safe, this MIGHT require NL, Try with ur own risk
