Hi, I'm Don McClinton from Feel Good Real Estate. Right, sorry, Feel Good was previously known as Alphac Real Estate Agency. Thats right, we had a name change. I'm one of their representatives, and I'm here to show you around a home known as Living by the Bay. This home is perfect for home by the bay or a vacation home. Let's begin the tour.

I know it's hard to see me, but this the view you get off the deck thats surrounds the sun room. The sun room is attached the kitchen, so it can easily be transformed into a dining space, to make the small kitchen space bigger. Now, there is some stuff I think you might want to know about this home. First off it has a double attached garage. The kitchen is right by the front door, great for a family on the go. The living room is below the kitchen in the basement. Theres a fireplace down there also, and from the basement you can walk right out onto the beach. Yes, a walk out basement, great for relaxing outside and in. The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a view of the beach, see.
It's hard to tell, but that is the view you get every morning. Theres also a bathroom attached to the bedroom, but they can changed to extra space, or a bathroom everyone can use. I've been all over this house, so everything works fine, but I'll have to take my furniture with me, but don't worry, I'll leave the place painted and landscaped for you. Now, the house costs $51, 830. It's been built on a 5x5 beach lot. And of course, it has no custom content. So I hope you enjoy this home.
