Medium house with shop and storage

This is it, my first lot uploaded. Its a medium sized house on a 4x4 lot. It might be the begining of a collection. Might be because I might not make more of this type.This lot costs approximately 102,000. Its two floors high and built on the ground.Its unfurnished but I did put lights in every room and all rooms are painted.

On the first floor theres:
1 bedroom with bath
1 bathroom
The kitchen
The dining room
The living room
A 2 car garage
and the shop with storage
or whatever you use it for

On the second floor theres:
1 bedroom with bath
and a spare room

The yard has some plants but its mostly left for your tastes, theres also a pool and extra room for whatever you might need.
