Hey there.
I decided I would attempt to make a nice little starter for you all :D
It only has four pieces of CC and those are only wallcoverings

It is fully furnished to house two/three people. And there is enough room for a friend to stay for dinner and watch some TV too
It has a phone and fire alarm as well

note: in the kitchen close up there is no sink but it has been added now lol
