This home is a starter home and includes a small garden in the front (easy to add more in the back/side yard), covered front porch, 2 bedrooms, loft (with plenty of room to add a bedroom or two and maybe even a bathroom), kitchen, bathroom and livingroom. It's a 1 1/2 story home. There is enough room on the left-hand side of the home to add a driveway, but I did not include one with this lot.

Bedroom #2 - includes a ceiling light and room for a closet (otherwise unfurnished)
