Here is a small, but roomy starter home for you and your sims. You can download it Unfurnished, or furnished.
This house includes 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen with breakfast area.
There is room for a driveway, you just have to move the tree on the left side of the house.

I made a spot available for "Marmy's Built-In-Closet", but it is not included in the download. You can see where to add it in the the Floorplan pictures. See "Additional Credits" for download instructions.
