It's been awhile but I'm going to try to get some more lots up with as little custom content as possible.
This lot is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with attached garage and a swimming pool in the back. I didn't use any custom content but I did use some cheats for the garage. I left it unfurnished except for bathroom/kitchen basics and some lighting fixtures. Cost is $62,443.
