Here's a very interesting design based roughly on the floorplan found
here. There were some obvious design limitations and I ended up using a lot that was a bit too big but it worked out pretty well in my opinion. As usual, no custom content and I've included a furnished and unfurnished option. The unfurnished version has lighting, plumbing and kitchen fixtures only. You really have to see this in game!
