1 bedroom, 2 bathroom House:

:wave: Hey, this is my 2nd house I've uploaded here. It costs $102,959, I know, expensive, but this includes all the furniture and flowers, paint, floor, etc. The lot size is medium, 4 x 3.

NO EXPANSION PACKS REQUIRED! No custom downloads, either, everything is completely by Maxis in this house. Yay! (Don't worry, I'll make more houses with objects from sites later)

About the house: It's meant for 1-2 people and it has 2 bathrooms, one on each level (not including the basement which is used as a recreation room). The living room and "dining room" are one room, and I hardly had any space to fit the dining table in and the stairs. I managed to in the end, which was good, hehe.

Okay I've included ...5? 6? Something like that, photos of the house. It has... well duh, shingled "paint" and there are flowers on the 2nd level balconies (which you can water by going outside via.. a door ) which I am so proud of myself for making. There are also flowers in the front yard (there is, essentially, no backyard just in case you wanted to know, there's just steps.). You'll probably have to get a gardener unless your sim doesn't have a job.

Umm well what else?! Here's a list of all the rooms if you are too lazy to look at the pictures or they don't show up on your computer:
1st Floor:
Living/dining room (living includes a TV, piano, bookshelf, phone, 2 sofas/couches, table w/ 2 chairs, coffee table), kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, trash compactor, phone, microwave), bathroom (toilet, shower, tub, sink, mirror)
2nd Floor:
Some room (has a couch, stereo, phone, pictures, bookshelf).. rec room I guess, bathroom (toilet, tub, sink, mirror), bedroom (double bed, no bureau - sorry there wasn't enough space! - matching lamps, matching loveseat, bookshelf, end tables and red alarm clock), office (desk, chair, computer, phone, chess game w/ 2 seats)
Basement..0th Floor:
1 room (includes exercise machine, phone, bureau (yes, now here. I guess this room can be the bedroom if you want, it's bigger than the actual bedroom.. has also a small TV, a coffee table, ummm I forget what else)

Yeah guys I didn't make many lights around I forgot for some reason *scratches head* I guess you can add 'em in by yourself!
