This is my first upload to...anywhere! I've played Sims 2 off and on ever since it came out, but I'm no creator. A few days ago I decided to start a new neighborhood, and none of the neighborhoods I had appealed to me. After hunting around for tutorials I decided to try my hand at creating one. It's a lot harder that it appears!

This layout gives you plenty of room to build and quite a lot of beach front property. I did test the coastline and most of it is usable. I couldn't get it perfect though. There's plenty of room elsewhere for even the largest lots.

I'm using the MovesAnywhere Camera have by daz_far. I don't know if it's necessary, but it's very nice to have. Get it here.

This neighborhood is not bare. It comes with plenty of trees covering the mountainsides. If there are any problems let me know and I'll try to correct them.
