This is the house from "The O.C" that Sandy, Kirsten, Seth and Ryan lived in before it was destroyed by an earthquake in the 4th season. I tried to re-create it the best I could. I wasn't quite sure of the layout of the second floor because we only ever got to see Seth's bedroom in the show so I just sort of guessed. The pool house is a bit too small because I started to run out of space at the back of the lot, but other than that, I'm pretty pleased with it This house is furnished. Oh, and I'm currently building the old Bennet house from Heroes and I'll be uploading that within the next week.
