NOTE:in order to fully use the Porte Cochere near the stair hall , you must place a strip of driveway extention under the porte cochere using the 'moveobjects on' cheat. then place your car there on the strip of driveway underneath it. I recommend the invisible driveway (which for some reason isnt included in the download, you can find it here:http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875) so you dont have an ugly asphalt blob in the middle of a stone courtyard. im addressing this because when u simply try to place a car under the porte cochere (god, thats hard to pronouce), when you go to use it, you will get an error message. you need to have a driveway in order to place it there.

and if you dont know what a porte cochere is, its basically french for 'car port' its a structure to keep your car out of the rain, snow, and whatever else might fall from the sky...
