This small dorm provides comfortable self-contained apartments for four student sims.

First floor apartments have access to a private backyard area while patios are found in those on the second floor.

What makes this dorm community special is the separate library building with computers and bookcases - excellent for completing projects, assignments and for group research. There is also a "lounge" building with a pool table, dart board, etc - where sims and their friends can relax (This building also makes a great cafeteria, etc.) A small park area with a pond is also nice.
Now your sims do NOT have to leave the lot to relax!
