Fixit Home One
I found out after downloading aelflaed's Derelict Dreamhome, how much fun it was to fix up run down houses. Just to see what I could make of it while my sim worked to pay for it all. So I made one of my own and thought I would share.
There's no custom content at all, the house is entirely made and furnished with maxis objects only! (I also tested the house. I can't remember the exact days but it was about two sim weeks)
