So I was putzing around making houses today and came up with this. I *tried* to keep it under 20k but only managed to keep it under 25k, lol.

It's been tested for 14 sim days and everything works great. I didn't add too much furniture because I wanted to make the house look decent too. It's a great little house to be able to add onto as your sim family grows, and I've also left room for a garage and a pool in back.

No CC at all, everything is maxis.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Porch.
