Be sure to place this lot in a corner at left because of esthetic reason with the driveway position.

Note about Stairs :
The wrought opened wooden stairs done by Reyn at MTS2, don't need to be installed it’ll work fine, but you won't be able to select/move the stairs, it won’t appear in catalogue. If you wish to install on your computer the Reyn stairs, follow instructions here.
Same thing applies for the crocobaura’s stairs, follow instructions here.
