Description :
Garrison Crossing offers an excellent selection of craftsman-style townhomes and single-family homes, brand new and expertly refurbished.

Garrison Crossing 12 :
This is a modified version of Garrison Beach 03 starter home, so people not having bon voyage will enjoy this house done for 2-3 Sims. Sorry for my lazyness for this lot, I didn’t change a “lot” of things from the original version.
Downstairs : Living, Kitchen and Dining, Study. Upstairs : 2 Bedrooms (one is empty), 1 Bathroom. In the back, one car may park.
Be sure to place this lot in a corner at right because of esthetic reason with the driveway position.

Note about Stairs :
The wrought opened wooden stairs done by Reyn at MTS2, don't need to be installed, but you won't be able to select/move the stairs. If you wish to install them on your computer, follow instructions here.
Same thing applies for the wooden modular stairs done by Numenor, follow instructions here.
