I'm back with a new home. This time I gave the whole modern-living theme a try. Hope you like the result:


This is a quite expensive house (over 51.000 Simbucks) on a rather small lot. I guess it can serve you well as a townshouse, altough I haven't planned it to be.

For this prize, you can expect something: it features a fireplace in the linving/dining area, panorama-windows, two bathrooms, hot tub on a fully accessible roof, a balcony, patio, garden and a carport located under the first floor.
