Hi guys! Check out this modern style home ...



It's originally designed for one middle-sim-class family. You'll get a large living room, comfy dining room, a kitchen in between, and 4 bathrooms. There's enough space upstairs for children's bedrooms, grandma&grampa or hobbies such as a private gym or personal bibliotheque (That's why there's a second fireplace.) Of course those are recommondations, the lot comes unfurnished except for bathrooms and decorating furniture.

There is a really small room behind the kitchen just enough to put a single bed in. I planned it for a "butler" or "maid" sim. There's also an empty room next to the basement garage in case your sims have something to hide ;-)

Since the house is pretty big already, I added a little platform in the backyard for barbecue or sunbathing. You can reach it from the kitchen or by walking the path which leads round the "eastern" side of the house.

The half open tower over the entrance is accessible from the floors, giving a little space for a telescope or dramatic storytelling :-)
