American Way™ is my series of typical american houses (colonial style, country style etc). Cause my Sims should live real I use real houseplans.

Special Features
Cathedral ceiling on 2nd level. Totally open activity area facing the back. Kitchen with place for island/lunch counter, and bedroom with private bathroom. Attractive garage-workshop space on 1st level.
Plan Description
1st level: Entry, garage with workshop and half-bath.
2nd level: living-dining room, kitchen/dinette, master bedroom, and half bath with laundry area.
