This is a small dorm (for up to 4 students) and it fits to my "Old Town" series: Old Town Community Centre
It is designed with an oldfashioned charm, but it will satisfy all your students needs and everything is there for upgrading skills.

Downstairs:
1 Living Space with bookshelves and gambling machines
1 Lunchroom
1 Bathroom
1 Recreation Room with fitness area and bath tube
1 Band Room

Upstairs:
1 Study Space with 4 PCs, bookshelfs and living space with television
4 Apartments (with single beds) - individually equipped with television, table and so on.
1 Bathroom
