Hi everyone! I am very proud of this upload; this is my first upload. What you see here is a beautiful one level home that features an open floorplan. You have a master suite, and two extra bedrooms. There is also another bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open to each other. There is enough space for 2 cars, and a sim can access the garage from one of the bedrooms, the front yard, and the backyard. The backyard also has a beautiful pool and a small swing for your sims.:D

I have included a furnished and unfurnished version to suit your needs. There are pictures of each version as well. The unfurnished version costs $39, 308 and the furnished version costs $78, 416.

This is my first upload, so please, let me know if anything goes wrong. I did playtest this house for a couple sim days and it worked fine for me.

To my knowledge, I did not use anything from Pets, University, or Bon Voyage. But better to be safe than sorry. :D

I hope you enjoy this house. I watch a lot of House Hunters and My House is Worth What? on HGTV (Home and Garden Television) and this house was an inspiration of a home I saw on House Hunters in Florida.
