Hello, people! This is my first upload to ModTheSims2!
After having spent some time creating this gym I decided that it was too cool to keep it to myself only, than I decided to share it with you guys! :D

Take a look at some screens:






Curiosity: I decided for the name "Universo" based on the "Globo Gym" from the "Dodgeball" movie, by Twentieth Century Fox.


The gym features a bodybuilding area with gym equipment and some treadmills; a dancing/aerobics room; a bar; a clothes shop; covered pool and jacuzzis; and, of course, male and female toilets.

There are two CCs in this lot, a staircase, made by Ailias, and a recolour for the Maxis' Molded Sectional modular sofa, made by dunner1.
There is NO need to download them separately; the two CCs are included in the installation file.

Please note:
This is a sloped lot. Sloped lots cannot be placed directly next to other lots in the hood as they reshape the land.
