Here we have a public gym with all the equipment but not too big! I made it simple to offer playability. 2x2 size lot

I know I hate downloading a lot, going to it in the game and waiting lag after lag just to get around to the backyard!

I checked all boxes regarding expansion packs req'd. I built this having all expansion packs.
