This is a modern style family home. The house includes fittings but no furniture. It is simply a blank canvas for you sims to move in, furnish and decorate.
On the ground floor are 2 reception rooms, bathroom, lounge and a spacious kitchen diner.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with on-suite, a 2nd bedroom, family bathroom and a study.
